To return an item, please email us and inform us of the reasons. We will provide you our further instructions.
Make sure your email address is correct.
Your order confirmation will be sent to your email successfully, pls notify us within 24 hours by email.
Packages must be returned within 7 days of receipt date - with its unworn,brand new and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding 20% re-stocking/processing fee and return fee. Consumers are responsible for the shipping costs to send it back.
Cancel order:
Once you placed an order from our oline store, and you want to cancel your order, pls notify us within 24 hours by email.
A cancellation fee - 15% of the purchase amount will be charged for all cancellations.
If your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately it cannot be canceled.
If you fail to provide us with a notification within 24 hours, we will not authorize your cancel order
Can not accept a refund or exchange:
1.All the football products are the same as you can see from our website, pls make sure you like it and place an order.
2. Make sure your size correct before you placed an order. If it is the correct size sent, we unforturnately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
3.Worn out football shoes cannt accept a refund or exchange,we cannt promise how long you can wear.
